Gouda is an iconic Dutch cheese. This dairy-free version, crafted from coconut milk, produces a firm table cheese with a distinctive smoke flavor which is very reminiscent of dairy smoked Gouda. It’s wonderful for snacking with crackers but adds a gourmet touch when sliced for cold sandwiches or melted on grilled sandwiches.
